The concept of robots
that can operate under water is not a mere figment that cannot be achieved.

project 'underwater robot' which is projected to be completed in 2015. This project
is the construction of a robot that will be able to handle multiple tasks under
a maximum of 6,000 meters from the sea and rescue operations for exploration
missions such as the maintenance of the flora of water environments.
Development of robots with the ability to operate in shallow water is the first
phase of the project, and is scheduled for completion in 2012. 2013-2015 and
during the second stage, the robot will be further enhanced to perform tasks
under the water.
Then the robots will be
